Pete Cunningham knows what it takes to make an idea stick. Not by selling harder—but by making buy-in easier.
Drawing on decades of experience developing and selling advertising and behaviour change strategies, Pete helps experts, consultants, and leaders pitch with clarity, credibility, and confidence—without the hard sell.
His work has earned national and international recognition, including AFA Effectiveness Awards for campaigns with Griffith University and Queensland Health. He has guest lectured at The University of Queensland, QUT, and Griffith University and served on the national board of the Advertising Federation of Australia.
At Pitch Camp, Pete has distilled decades of pitching experience into a radical new approach: The No-Sell Sales Pitch. Through workshops, coaching, and The No-Sell Sales Pitch Playbook, he helps experts win buy-in naturally—by creating clarity, building alignment, and making the right choice feel obvious.

Innovation Lead - Rosie Gundelach
Rosie Gundelach is Pitch Camp’s innovation lead, shaping course delivery and user experience across all platforms. She spearheads our three-year research partnership with Griffith University, exploring best practices for presenting and pitching in a post-COVID, AI-driven world. She led the development of Pitch Camp’s world-first online and VR gamified rehearsal tool and drives our collaboration with government, helping people with English as a second language pitch with confidence.
Since joining Pitch Camp, Rosie has worked with academics, government at all levels, the private sector, not-for-profits, and individuals seeking personalised support—identifying and tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
A midwife by qualification, Pitch Camp is her newest baby.
